All our products come with a warranty. Please contact us so we can assist you with the servicing of your appliance should this be necessary. All new products come with a manufacturers warranty and it will be required for you to contact the service agent for this brand to book a service call.

Seconds products may have imperfections such as physical damage like scratches or small dents that do not affect the operation of the product purchased and its the customers responsibility for inspecting the product before purchase as the warranty conditions do not cover this.


We only accept direct debit payment. Once your order has been placed, please make payment to the details provided on the invoice, referencing your Order number. Once your order has been placed and payment made, Ballarat Appliances will contact you directly to confirm your order and arrange delivery.


We offer a $50 Flat Fee delivery charge within a 15km radius of Ballarat and can organise delivery to other places as requested at special delivery rates. We attempt to deliver at a time that suits you and will keep in regular contact as to when the goods will arrive.

Refund Policy

Our policy is 7 days. To be eligible for a full refund the product must be the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.A valid photo ID to verify customer details will need to be sighted.

To complete a refund we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

A refund may be given if the product is proven to be unrepairable by an authorised service repairer and a replacement product cannot be located.

There will be certain situations where a refund cannot be refunded in full and this will apply if the goods returned are missing parts such as fridge shelves washing machine hoses,accessories from any product and remote controls for TVs. If a bonus product was given at the time of sale this must also be returned to enable a refund to proceed.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of a return of a product refunds will be credited to the original credit card or source. No refunds will be processed until the goods have been returned to Ballarat Appliances.

Goods Damaged on Arrival or Not Working - A product deemed to be not operating as explained in the owners manual within the first 7 days is deemed to be DOA.(dead on arrival)

In the unlikely event this happens a replacement unit will be organised for you and the faulty unit picked up when the new unit is available along with all its accessories.
